The Delegate Services have pre-booked a number of hotel rooms with special prices in Tartu for the Conference.

Please note that the discounted prices below ONLY apply when booking via this website and will NOT apply when contacting the hotels directly. 
Hotels end their discounts 1-2 months before the event, please take this into account and book your accommodation as soon as possible. The booking end dates can be found in the hotel descriptions.

The booking will become valid after the payment has been received. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice.

Please also note that the confirmation letter also serves as a voucher for the hotel. The Delegate Services will forward the rooming lists to all hotels prior to the event, therefore you will not need to bring the confirmation letter with you. Be ready to show your ID at the hotel's reception desk.

Breakfast is served on Monday to Friday 7:00 – 10:00 a.m. and on Saturday to Sunday 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.

vSpa hotel is located in the city center of Tartu. The hotel and spa are located in a multi-functional business quarter with world-renowned brand stores and cute cafés. The rooms are furnished in accordance with the requirements set for four-star hotels. Soft woollen carpets covering the floors create an atmosphere of homey cosiness, and the selection also includes allergy-free rooms with parquet flooring.
